"I've been a State Farm customer for decades. They've always been good to me. Recently my long time agent in the City retired and closed his agency so I was transferred to Natasha Perez, State Farm Agent in Sebastopol. I was happy to be now dealing with someone in our community but had no idea how warm, service oriented and welcoming this agency would be. I've primarily dealt with Cassandra Ceja, a true gem regarding customer service. I always thought my old agent was good, but her quick responses and great communication have made dealing with them flawless. She also asked if I'd like to come in to the office, since they like to meet new customers. So I did, and the warm welcome continued. I got a chance to meet Natasha too, who also extended the same warmth, letting me know they were always available to help. She also gave me appreciation for being a long time State Farm Customer. I look forward to many years of this new relationship."
